Event Terms & Conditions

This event is intended for active real estate agents who meet the event criteria, including but not limited to transaction volume and experience level.

The organisers reserve the right to determine eligibility at their sole discretion.

All ticket purchases are final.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the event.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual deemed unsuitable for the event, and to remove any attendee from the event at any time.

If an attendee is refused entry prior to the event, a refund may be issued at the organisers' discretion.

No refund will be issued under any circumstances if an attendee: provides false or misleading information to gain access; attends despite not meeting eligibility criteria; or breaches these terms.

This event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed in part or in full.

By attending, you consent to being recorded or photographed and grant the organisers the right to use this content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

If you do not wish to be recorded, it is your responsibility to notify the organisers in writing prior to the event.

The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, change speakers or session content, or adjust the event structure if required.

Any changes will be communicated where possible but do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

All attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.

The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage of personal property, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance.

Attendees participate at their own risk.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
